Visitors: Entry to Genesis facilities is by authorized access only. If you have a pre-arranged meeting with Genesis staff or a client company, please contact them directly to gain access to the space.

Parking: Pay-per-use parking is available to visitors to the Emera Innovation Exchange at Memorial University's Signal Hill Campus. We recommend that you download the Passport Canada parking app or visit the website to set up a profile before your initial visit. Paid parking is available in the middle lot (200) and lower lot (201—enter via Cabot Avenue). Enforcement hours: Paid parking is enforced 24/7.
Please note that the upper lot (Area S-1) is for staff only and requires a valid Memorial University parking permit. Any vehicle in this lot without a permit will receive a parking ticket. The Parking Office at Memorial University's St. John's Campus does not issue temporary permits for this location.
